Welcome!

How can we help you?

You probably have questions for us. We tried to compile the most frequently asked questions we got so far. If the answer you're searching for isn't on here, please let us know and don't hesitate to ask!

I want to ask you directly

Yes, it really is free, but only for our learners from educational institutions and governments in Africa. Neither the training nor the exams will be priced in the future. As stated in the UN's SDG4, such high-quality education should be accessible to everyone, which is why this offer will always be free for this target group. This is the core of Article 26.

All learners accepted by our educational partners and governmental ministries receive free access to our e-learning courses. Learners will go through a registration process which will give them access to our e-learning at the end. If you, as an individual or company representative, purchase the e-learnings from our marketplace at our regular price, you will not only gain access to the training, but also contribute directly to the education of young adults in Africa. So, everyone can take our E-Learnings.

If you have motivated and determined learners in your programme or company who should be trained with our e-learning tools, give us a call or send us a message. You can find our contact details below. The same applies if you would like to provide us with high quality content that we can place on our marketplace so that learners from educational programmes can use your content free of charge, but also make it available to an international market at a price X in the future.

Our certificates have a number of benefits for your career advancement. Firstly, they give you a competitive edge in a crowded job market, differentiating you from non-certified candidates in the job application process. They show that you are committed to expanding and developing your expertise. This involves intensive learning and skill development that can improve your performance in the workplace, automatically developing industry or employer recognition and making you a valuable asset to your peers. Secondly, many employers value certified professionals and often offer you opportunities for career growth, promotions or higher salaries. Last but not least, certificates validate your expertise and demonstrate your skills in specific areas.

The training courses can be used at any time in your work environment, but also in a private context. Scrum is suitable for anyone who wants to learn more about Scrum and Agile, such as project managers, product managers, software developers, team leaders or engineers. PRINCE2 is suitable for management professionals at all levels, as well as students looking for a successful start in the world of project management. ITIL is suitable for IT professionals at all levels, as well as anyone who wants to gain a basic understanding of the ITIL framework, such as students, business managers and solution architects.

The e-learning courses can be completed in approximately 20 hours on average, although this may vary from course to course. We recommend that you study the exams in the course itself and the additional sample exams we provide several times, so that the 20 hours can be increased. In addition, we also provide weekly e-learning sessions, so you will need to spend approximately 35 hours over 9 weeks to pass the exam.

Unfortunately, the vouchers offered by our partners and exam centres do not include a second attempt. A second attempt is usually not necessary as the vast majority of our students pass the exam on the first attempt. However, should you wish to take a second attempt, the price ranges from €200 for the Scrum exam at Scrum.org to €260 for both ITIL4 and PRINCE2 at PeopleCert. The second attempt must be booked directly with the accreditors Scrum.org or PeopleCert.

In our self-paced e-learning courses, we teach a lot of theory, which is very important to lay the foundation for practical application. Learners need to have the initiative and motivation to engage with the topics themselves. Self-initiative is not a given, but a soft skill that they automatically learn through the e-learning. But that is not all. In our post-certification programme, we use a local scenario to give graduates the soft skills they need to put the theory they have learned into practice successfully and confidently. We focus on topics such as time management, organisational techniques, emotional intelligence, online public speaking and the use of task board technology.

Article26 recognises the importance of mentoring to train local experts, learn soft skills and gain an understanding of a business environment. Of course, we are working on a solution that will be practical, personal and super-supportive for any of our learners.

If you are a learner and want to develop your skills and benefit from the training on the Article26 platform, you have two options: You are part of an NGO, a public educational institution or an employee of a private organisation, so your organisation provides you with the training free of charge through Article26. The other option is that you have purchased the training yourself through A26. Once you have access to the training, you have a limited time to complete the training and take your exam. Article26 gives a maximum usage period of 2 months. However, this period can vary if your organisation has other internal requirements. The good thing is that these are self-paced eLearnings, which means you can manage your time to complete the training as you wish, so you are very flexible as a learner and have no constraints from us.
